What happens when I miss a call?
BuzzBrain Reception answers it for you, in your business name, with a natural Australian voice. It finds out who's calling, where they are, what they need and how urgent it is, then sends you a clear summary so you can call back ready to help.
Can I keep my existing business number?
Usually, yes. Most businesses forward unanswered calls, or all calls, from their existing number to BuzzBrain Reception. We check your setup with you before anything goes live.
Can BuzzBrain Reception handle different types of callers?
Yes. You set rules for particular people and numbers. Family, staff or regular customers can be put straight through or handled your way, sales calls can be screened, and urgent jobs can be flagged straight away.
Does it answer after hours?
Yes. BuzzBrain Reception can answer outside your working hours and handle those calls differently, for example taking the details and letting the caller know when you'll be back in touch.
How do I receive the details?
Every call is summarised and sent the way you like: text, email or both. Your BuzzBrain Reception dashboard keeps every call and enquiry in one place.
Can enquiries go straight into BuzzBrain TimeBoost?
Not automatically yet. BuzzBrain Reception captures the details and BuzzBrain TimeBoost carries the work forward to the quote and the job. If you use both, BuzzBrain sets up the hand-off between them with you during private beta.
What if I use more than 300 minutes?
Extra minutes are $0.30 + GST each. If you're regularly going over, we'll let you know so you can decide what's best. Unused minutes don't roll over.
How does the free trial work?
We set BuzzBrain Reception up for your business and test it with you first. Then your 3 days start. If it's not for you, cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Will it sound like a robot?
BuzzBrain Reception uses natural-sounding Australian voices. You choose the name, voice and greeting.
Does it book appointments?
BuzzBrain Reception is built to capture enquiries properly, not just fill a calendar. It gets the details you need to quote and follow up.
Is there a lock-in contract?
