Account deletion
Request deletion of your TimeBoost account
To request deletion of your BuzzBrain TimeBoost account and associated data, email support@buzzbrain.com.au from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject “TimeBoost account deletion request.”
Include your account email and business name so we can identify the account. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment details. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
What happens to your data
TimeBoost currently saves business records on your device. Business records saved on your device are separate from your online account. An account-deletion request does not automatically erase data stored on your device, exported files or backups.
We will explain which account information and associated data can be deleted and whether any records must be retained for legal or accounting obligations.
